Tahm Kench cannot eat Shaco [Gameplay]

I normally duo with a Shaco main and ever since the new patch happened I found I cannot eat (Devour W) him as Tahm Kench. At first I thought that I was being bad and just missing my W. However, there was one instance of W where I knew I had hit it and it would not eat shaco but hit clone instead. We both ended up dying and when we respawned I tried eating and it would not let me. It had no response at all as if he wasn't there. He was wearing Wild Card Shaco Skin, and I was wearing Master Chef Tahm Kench. He is still able to interact with my ultimate.

Edit: I just tested it again on a new game. It lets me eat him when he is wearing Workshop Shaco. So i'm not sure if it's a bug with that skin or what.

Edit: Now wearing workshop shaco it will not let me eat him again. Bug is messing up games.

Edit: I've also noticed bugs where if you try to devour an enemy who is somewhat near a minion often it will devour the minion instead of the enemy champion.
