This stupid fkn champ is UNKILLABLE on level 1 and scales harder than anybody else. What kind of champ can bring his entire hp bar back up to full on level 5 with no lifesteal, be unkillable and can kill me in 3 hits with 0 offence items. THEN scale harder than any otehr fucking champ, where is his weak spot? GUT this c*nts early levels so he is a joke pre 11. It's the onyl way.

All you need is cc for nasus. I'm assuming you're bronze, so you probably don't know what cc is.
I've seen both sides of Nasus first hand, and let me tell you there's a small amount of truth to this. Nasus is indeed unkillable at level 1, but only if you get outplayed. If you're being outplayed you are likely to continue to be outplayed, and so the snowballing starts quite early and quite quickly.
Sorry man, but Nasus is stoppable if you have experience.
He has 10% life steal and try not to let him farm his Q, try a harass champion.
The general answer is to not play Singed against Nasus, but if you aren't playing draft then you are screwed.
You played singed. Even if you proxy nasus likes farming under tower or alone in lane and for harass there is nothing you can do.
You just had a bad champion against nasus
Also if none of this above works you can always try swapping lanes with bot
Some good picks would be:
(Q+AA him whenever he tries to CS, especially after you have Sheen. You have sustain, scale well, and can easily set up ganks against him)
(mixed damage, ranged harass, sustain)
(you can easily harass him and if he tries to wither you early, he'll run OOM)
(manaless, shield to absorb damage, good harass)
(it's a farm lane, but you scale just as well as Nasus)
(stand infront of the minions and just hit him whenever he tries to farm, you have mixed damage and will wear him down. It doesn't even matter if he tries to Q farm your ghouls, you should be able to keep him behind in gold and exp)
(you scale just as well, you do a lot of mixed damage, massive sustain in lane)
If you picked Singed first and were countered, I would suggest trading farm until 6 (unless your jungler ganks) and then proxy farming. You might be trading farm with a Nasus, but a properly farmed Singed is usually more useful in teamfights and will hit critical mass sooner. I would recommend getting Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Frozen Heart, and Liandry's Torment in that case. Not the best solution, but it's better than feeding in lane and being underfarmed.
We just respect the cane and let him be. It's the only way.

Seriously though, early game is when Nasus is weakest. I've played plenty of games as Nasus and against Nasus. The way to fight him is harassing him every time he goes in for a Q stack. Make him pay for that stack. His sustain is not as good as you exaggerate it to be. Singed can't do much to stop him from farming, unless you're really good with Singed. You had a bad match up, that doesn't make the champion that beat you broken.
