nerf vladimir and hourglass already. its been so many years and still no changes to this obscene item/character. i have to play perfectly to fight this champ and even if he does make a mistake he has an infinite amount of saves. adc is a bad role because of champions and items like this.

Play vlad yourself, you'll learn he actually has a huge lack of damage and any MR at all ruins your day.

Yea some matchups don't work in your favor that's not a balance issue
