Recently in a game I was playing against a and his Q seemed to have some weird interactions. Things like where does he come out after his Q? It seemed pretty random to me sometimes he would appear behind me and sometimes infront of me. Another weird thing is I was playing Yasou (same game) I had 3rd Q'ed him and Knocked him up but he also Q'ed at the same time then I was able to ult him while he was in Alpha Strike. Anyways the point is that Interactions with Yi's Q seem pretty weird and maybe should put some more text into his Q saying where he appears?

It's been broken for a few patches now actually, and if anything, it's more disorientating to the Yi player, since timing alpha is 90% of how h counter plays you, and know where you're going to land, is a big part of that. Ever since they added patience to the jungle monsters yi's alpha hasn't been the same.

He comes out at his original(first) target, unless that one dies.

Guessing the game puts him right in the center of them and then collision pushes him into the nearest empty space.

Should be fixed so he clearly comes out in front or back of his target.

I believe it should put him behind his last target struck that would give him the chance to hit a champion that is hiding behind minions and also allow for a bit more counter play as it stands now if he finishes close to where he began he is away from a counter from a melee after doing damage .....on melee champs this could give him an unfair edge and the reason alot of people hate his play in general.

It drops him in the center of where the target was when the damage goes through, so there's a slight delay, which is why usually you'll get dropped between where you were and where they were running to "side" of the target.
