Jhin, The Deadeye New faction or Noxian Assasin?

Has anyone considered that this Jhin, The Deadeye could be from the Noxus and comes from the black order (of the rose?) that Le Blanc comes from? Notice that all the champions that die all have something against Noxus? Could Deadeye/Jhin be from Noxus eliminating big threats? We have Demacia, Piltover, Ionia, and a ninja village guy... I guess. Or could it be that there is a 7th major place being added to Rune Terra/Valoran and it ties into all the lore? Zed=3 letters, Sona=4 letters, Garen=5 letters, Vi=roman numerals 6, and Deadeye=7 letters. So it could also be a new faction joining the League!
