Is there going to be any plans to buff teemo so he isn't complete and utter garbage? The "buff" they did was nothing but a massive nerf with a few gimicks thrown in. Pre gut i used to play him every once in a while, now i click on his portrait and just don't have the heart to click play with him. He was a niche champion before that punished idiots. Now he... i do not know what he is, besides trash.
I will not rate you down for a opinion, but I do not think he is underpowered. Ive watched a Teemo Destroy a fed Vayne also Teemo was Fed and he still brings alot to team fights his dmg when built ap is insane.
To be honest if teemo was fed then his enemy was a moron. I have literally hopped onto teemo while he dropped a shroom, beat him to death and walked away before his shroom could even activate. His AP damage has been nerfed since season 2 with some of the worst ratios for AP champs in the game. His entire existence was to punish stupid people.... now.... he can only punish you if you are brain dead AND blind. Riot needs to revert both timers on his shrooms (arm timer and how long they last) and start increasing his ap ratios for him to even be a mediocre champion again.
lulz, i was meaning more of the person vs teemo had to be playing without a monitor .... or maybe a mouse. Honestly if you feed teemo you really should uninstall the game. Even the champs he "counters" destroy him easily now. if you have any type of gap closer, or pull, dash, hop, flash, fear, range, CC, umm yeah basically if your not a minion you had better be rocking him and treating him as lunch all game. He gained 2 trash bonuses vs the 2 HUGE things he lost for them... its like me taking away your F1 race car and giving you a rusted out gremlin, then telling you it was an improvement for you. Even worse is if you were Mark webber and told you just have no idea how to drive the car and the gremlin was an improvement over it, if you dont see it your a moron. ( PhreakRiot to Ivan Pavlov)
