Teemo gets nerfed yet again?

We've finally done it. After years of slumber, the dark lord of League of Legends has returned. Despite his notoriety, Teemo's actually been on the less attractive side of viability for quite some time. Often seen as a niche 'anti-melee' top-laner or as an AP-focused map-control mage in the mid-lane, Teemo's always been around but never as powerful as the cries of his victims would have you believe.

So what riot is saying is they are giving him the Veigar treatment? He is not powerful.... so lets nerf his ult and make it basically useless... ohh and we can add another minigame to a champ that did not need it. This one is called shroon toss....

Riot seems to love the twitch gameplay and has moved completely away from thinking and planning gameplay. its kind of sad.

Because every time some kid cries that a champ is too OP Riot caves and nerfs that champ....most of the time the champ isn't even really OP. It's called skill, and kids need to learn to counter play instead of crying OP, and nerf.
