spelltheifs itemization?

Do you guys think the new Frost Queens has been a good change? i think that spooky ghosts are definitely more useful than the low range slow for a poking support, but i feel there's still no reason to build it, if riot added some variation to ruby sightstone it might be worth it though. Ghosts are just not worth wasting an item slot for ruby sightstone for, as opposed to combining the items into their warding counterpart, if there was a version of ruby sightstone that gave ap, or perhaps benefits to casters to buy in some way, then there would be a choice between merging the item slot and losing out on the utility both items give or using two item slots for two items with decent utility. currently enchanters and tanks have real options, since talisman of ascension's active is so damn good, and tanks want to build ruby sightstone anyway, they have the choice to make, but for poke supports like zillean or zyra, there's just no reason not to combine the item into one. riot could do interesting effects too, like enemies within the ward's vision range take greater damage from spells and abilities (just spitballing here) or stuff like that that adds utility instead of just flat stats, if flat stats are what you're worried about. just an idea to improve the choices that the spellthiefs supports have, since there doesn't seem to be a really valid option to pick the two item slot route, which other supports have as a valid option.
