Zilean Time in a Bottle Bug

I don't have any game play on hand, but Time in a bottle can get glitchy with recalls and casting it right at the edge of it's radius.

with recalls Zilean will often complete the animation, not give any experience and the game will consider the level given for a short while, i won't be able to give experience to other champs for a minute or so.

The channel time will have Zilean attempt to start channeling and stutter after his ally indefinitely, but the main bug is that he'll sometimes auto self cast his speed up when you click on them multiple times at max range.

i expect it's cause the animation uses similar code to his e, but damn if i know why, it's generally not game breaking or anything, just annoying. i only have experience using bloodmoon zilean with this.
