Right now, the first kill in aram usually goes to whoever can get to the mid bush first. Why not change it like normal so that we are given 15 sec stuck in base to shop and things.

Although I disagree with the "first to brush gets first kill" idea, adding in a fountain gate doesn't seem like it'd be harmful. It'd certainly help teams avoid losing brush control just because someone loaded in slower.
