Game client reset?

It was fine yesterday, or i just didn't notice it. But after recent patch, since when I first saw The River King video on main screen, when I started league, I couldn't find anything related to champion mastery. the client version is 5.11.15_06_05_17_09. I first thought that its gone. But according to people I was playing with, they still had it. On the end game screen, it doesn't have any champion mastery screen. It's not circular as I think it was, but instead, the stick bar thing is back. I have restarted several times, but I have no problem with enjoying league.
