This is bs, Veigar was literally the champ i played and always went back to. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH HIM, he wasn't high up on tier lists, he wasn't played much in high elo, he was hardly used in 3's - SO YOU NERF HIM???????? Im changing games to dota because you guys cant leave shit alone - just because something is old DOESNT MEAN IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. Change him back - Just like everyone else wants.
