Rune Combiner Idea

**Since once you get to 30, at least for me, I keep all my runes and see no reason to use the rune combiner anymore considering all the different possibilities of runes ill need. But I think a cool idea and to give people something to farm and do is to implement rare runes that can only be obtained through the rune combiner. Not super over powered runes, just slightly better called Tier 3.5 or Tier 4, and they will be fairly rare to get and take some time. But it gives people, especially the challengers and diamond players who already have everything something to farm for, and plus for players like me who own basically every champ and every rune ill ever need, something to spend my IP on and gives a little excitement. **

Or get rid of the Rune system completely (or at least having to purchase them). It only serves a single purpose and we all know it; to get Riot more money because people hate grinding IP but instead of spending it on a new cool champ, they need Runes to compete, which gets many people to buy IP boosts, or buy champs with RP. Seriously, it's only a strategy to squeeze more money out of people.

You know they can't because it's already a huge gap for people to catch up without spending RP in collecting all the champions and runes already. They should allow you to use IP for Skins but have a heavy requirement such as win 100 games with a champion and you can only unlock one of the older skins with IP. I just use my IP to change names now.
