Never, Riot doesn't want players to have fun.

hes so overloaded, impossible to balance him imo

He doesn't need nerfs, he needs a rework. He is a very binary champion. He either gets ahead and is the most toxic champ in the game or he gets behind and is completely worthless. There really isn't any middle ground.

Until you learn map awareness & buy wards.

He desperately needs a rework because in my division he is simply permabanned. He puts so much pressure on the map. Especially when he is jungle and you don't know exactly where he is it means 3 lanes can't push and you don't want to go alone in his jungle to ward either because with all the bushes he will just delete you in a second.
