when will rengar be nerfed to the ground?

That was the old rengar. The new one needs to get quite ahead to be extremely discouraging to play against, and even then its not more so than any other extremely fed snowball champ such as kat or riven. He is very easily countered with team coordination, vision, even small amounts of cc since he is purely auto attack based, etc. I played him a lot pre rework to post rework, and even in his current state with the added exlamation marker and nerfed skill damage at earlier levels. He really has a lot of potential to take over a game, but thats a lot more dependent on the opposing team LETTING him by not taking proper measures should he start snowballing, as opposed to him just being able to steamroll regardless of what a team does to try stop him.
