Can we talk about Dynamic Queue?

I only play solo when I play ranked and it has been fine for the past few years. Since dynamic queue has come out, I cant seem to get out of diamond 1 and back up to masters. The only reason for this is because EVERY single time I get back to diamond 1, I play against a full team of high challengers/masters pre made 5 and i get matched with all solo low diamond players. How is this possible? This literally makes no sense and is preventing me from having fun. People are seriously just abusing dynamic queue to gain elo and its annoying as fuck. When will riot change this? It's been a topic of discussion for a while.
