Hi I am still a noob at LOL and lately when I have been playing I have been getting hardly any kills because my enemies always manage to escape. I know that kills are not the most important stat but it would still be nice if could finish players of before they can escape. Could you please recommend some runes and items that might help and also some tips on how to chase down low health champions. I mainly use Darius and Wukong if it helps. Thanks

you can't kill ppls in one skill rotation in this meta then you are building them wrong.
There are tons of sites with suggested build just google for them ( I like champion.gg but prob Mobafire it's best suitted for you, since it gives a dettailed explanation of the skills and when to use them ) ... then it all comes to get the basics of the game and spend hours on it
Darius is weak to kiting, so most mobile champs will be able to get away from you without planning ahead. As Wukong, I would build more cdr, as he already has a targeted gap closer, along with some spicy burst damage.
