this games logic is so contradicting.

It is a team game. As such, you win and lose as a team.

Quite frankly, the enemy team is in the exact same situation. The only difference is that they succeeded in carrying their team for that game.

Honestly, you should be averaging a 50% win rate when you are playing with people of a similar skill level. You are going to win and lose roughly half of your games.

you are 20% of the team, but a win or lose is awarded 100%, not 20%, otherwise you would gain between 3 to 6 points per game, depending on mmr. sure you would lose less for the loss, but you would also gain much less. the end result is just that it takes longer to climb.

you also shouldn't gain points for a loss, and you shouldn't lose no points, that wouldn't make sense. going by KDA doesn't make sense since to win a game, it's by nexus, not KDA.

overall, you can get unlucky from time to time, but if you play better than the rank you are at, you will climb over time.
