So communicate with your teammates and ask them to swap positions.

Hint: ask politely and don't shout at them in all-caps.

Alternately, just dodge if you get a role where you feel the game is already lost.

or queue as fill and voila you may actually have a chance to play the positions you want for one game and then after that you get two games guaranteed to get one of your two choices.

dude let me help you out, when i want a position i get it liek 90% of the time and im sure its a glitch to be honest add me as a friend and ill explain it.
