Reworked Talon in Aram?

Can anyone who has played or seen the Talon rework tell me how is his new E going to be useful on aram. The only thing you can jump over is the few turrets and 2 inhibitors on the map and there is no way Riot could have desinged that ability with just summoner's rift in mind because that would be retarded. Basically what Im saying is that its going to be almost completely on aram.
