Is Lifesteal still good on Jayce if you go with CDR?

Title says it all. If you decide to go for a CDR-type build, would lifesteal still be effective due to Jayce using spells more often than Auto-Attack?

Only lifesteal item I find decent on Jayce is Essence reaver for the mana return.

Lifesteal only applies to auto attacks and auto attack like spells. Jayce gets no real benefit from stacking lifesteal.

item 3508 , gives cdr, huge as, all the mana u need and some nice lifesteal which u definitly can use, as you AAs still will hurt alot, especially with W

All I meant was going a 100% lifesteal build is horrible on Jayce. Some is nice, but he is better with flat AD and CDR. Essence reaver just lets him poke all day without a care in the world. And gives enough lifesteal to heal in between fights.

Yeah, ik but like I mean since Bloodthirster gives AD equivalent to the max AD most items give AND lifesteal as well, and essence reaver gives AD equivalent to the max items give, as well, it'd be worth it to get both. Is that true?
