First Blood, Global Taunt - Did it ever make it anywhere @Riot?

First Blood, Global Taunt was a pretty supported idea from the community a few years ago but it never received a response from Riot (at least in the main thread for the idea, I'm not entirely sure on any recent upbringings of it).

I'm curious if this idea was ever set on the table or if it was ignored? If it was, what were the reasons? I know a lot of ideas such as changing the announcer's voice or adding any more "sound" to the game is essentially turned away. Why?

I still really support this idea. It's not obnoxious (perhaps have an in-game option to disable these every game for those who don't enjoy it); it's less bothersome than a champion spamming their laugh, it is played for BOTH teams ONE time only, and it really highlights the character of each champion, especially those who were lucky enough to receive legendary skins. It also adds a little comedy to the concept of the first blood announcement, which causes mixed emotions for both teams anyway. A little laugh would probably benefit the person who received the bad end. Opinions? It's perfectly fine if both League and DOTA2 have it!
