Surrender Override

We all have been there before. We are at a point where surrendering is the right call so we can get on with our lives or to play another game that could potentially be better.

HOWEVER, there are times where two or even three people says no. Under all circumstances given that makes surrendering the right call, they want to vote NO.

WHY? Why extend a losing battle when you can just play another game? I don't get it. It makes my head hurt that they cannot comprehend the situation people are in.

There needs to be a surrender override that is dictated from multiple factors. First and foremost, it should be the votes. Now, if the votes were to be 3 yes and 2 no, there has to be some criteria that will initiate surrendering. Such as team kill numbers, gold differences... something that will be very concrete in telling if a team is clearly losing or not. Dragon and baron shouldn't be a factor because people can win even when the other team has more but eventually threw.

I am sick and tired of having extended games due to stubbornness, just to lose the match in the next 10-20 minutes, in the time where surrendering is the clear choice.

Some will counter this with "You can try to make a comeback." I know that. Comebacks do happen. It's just in those cases where losing is inevitable and some people just want to make the agony go on further.

Because stupid high elo players always tell low elo players to "never surrender" lel

No. It's fine the way it is... Get 4 people on board or keep playing...

I could see the argument in ranked... in some cases. However, some in normals, even some clearly lost 4vs5, some people won't; btw, 4vs5 shouldn't even start, 20 too long. Some people have little value of free time; I'm guessing they aren't working adults.

So basically, you think you know better than anyone else and that your votes should be worth more.

Inflated ego much?
