Help me plz.

Hey guys I'm a bit of a scrub. Right now I'm looking to try and better myself at the game to finally climb. Almost positive my best 2 roles are top and jungle. I've been working on my farming a lot lately now I'm wanting to work on my champ pool. I'm told pick 1-2 champs per role to focus, but I'm at a loss on what to choose. I'd like a good strong safe pick to focus on and get better with.

Could someone check out my ranked stats for season 6 and 7 and tell me what I should do? I pref fighter or assassin champs over tanks but I'm not against tanks entirely. I'd also love a manaless champ or someone easy on mana cus I like to spam abilities. A escape/engage would be nice as well thanks in advance!
