Help plz

hey guys currently im sitting at silver 4. last season before reset i was up to silver 1 almost gold, but now im having a incredibly hard time trying to climb. I was wondering if someone higher elo with alot of experience could check out some of my games and give me some pointers. I can take constructive criticism so I want someone to tell me my faults so i can improve thanks in advance!
