or is it random? cause i got a reform card telling me that i am one of 5% of toxic people but i have flamers in EVERY game. and if only 1 flames this is 10% but most of the time if 1 person starts to flame another will join... so either riot failed in math or i have a shit queue :O
No. It's random- based on MMR of course....
When one person starts flaming it pisses everyone off. If you never say anything negative to your team, odds are people won't be negative towards you either. If someone gets on you or a team mate for dying a few times or something, mute them and keep playing. Boom, now nobody is every arguing in your chat and you don't have to deal with any toxic people.
