Getting stuck with premades is definitely disheartening in most cases anymore.
Had one recently as example, they both talked a bit pre-game. One convince the jungler to trade for their mid. The mid starts having a bad game and dies a few times. One starts complaining about mid falling behind. They both are doing bad themselves. Then they start dropping RL names and suddenly it becomes clear. They made this horrible mess together. They were genuinely normal players, but in junction, they created a negative situation that didn't even benefit them.
Despite the weight a premade has in matchmaking, I've found premades tend to have worse coordination than solo-queue singles. They get this group mentality, where it's okay to bash a person not in the group or will be more inclined to help each other over another player who could win the game. This shift of gameplay focus toward their group is very much the argument when someone takes "Support Nunu" or "Proxy Singed". It's not bad because they're doing it, it's bad because by their actions, they've taken at least 2 roles, usually at least 1 key role and then forcing everyone's gameplay to revolve around their choices which as a premade are hindered in many cases. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but it still leaves everyone else lacking the enjoyment a game like this should bring.
All that considered, premades make up a large part of why this game is as big as it is. It's a team game after all. It isn't to say positive premade groups don't exist. I've seen games where I've met some of nicest and most welcoming premades ever. They communicate everything you need and help you stay in the game. This is something I haven't seen in a long while though. I kinda miss seeing them.
TL;DR: I guess I'm just saying that I too get frustrated by premades and I wish Riot would have some way of pushing for more cooperative behavior from premades with the other guys.
