MMR and Division needs a fix : also AFK must end

I have been playing LOL for over one year now. When I first started playing ranked, I was horrible. The first champ I mained was Vi and my win rate was approximately 35% in ranked. Obviously I was placed in B5. I improved a little started playing Hecarim and my ranked win rate moved to about 45% Over the last 5 months or so I have improved significantly; first playing Sejuani and now Rammus with 56% and 86% win rates respectively. Furthermore my current KDA with Rammus is just under 5:1. I am still Bronze 3 due to the extremely low amount of LP I gain per win and the huge amount I lose per loss. On a win I gain ~12 LP and a loss is ~25 LP. How can I get my MMR inline with my divisional rank? I have read that if I keep winning my MMR should increase and catch up, but this does not seem to be the case, in fact it seems to be the exact opposite. In the last week I went 12-2 with Rammus and my LP went from B4 20LP to B3 0LP; and my MMR went from ~935 to ~957. While according to opgg the average MMR for B3 OLP is 1040. So Im like 100 MMR too low. In my opinion 12/2 is a win streak. How big does a win streak have to be to get my MMR in line, 100/15?

The main reason I want to climb is to play with players that take the game more serious (i.e. Less rage quitting, less inting, etc.) Inting and going AFK are the two most infuriating problems in the game, and Riot does not seem to take this issue seriously at all.
We all experience these issues from time to time, but if you are not B4-B5 trust me, you have no idea how bad this problem is in that division. This problem absolutely contributed to my excessively low win rates in the past. I cannot win a 4 v 5. When it happens I lose 25LP, and when it happens to the opposing team I only gain 12LP. So I need games to be ruined at a rate of 2:1 in my favor, just to maintain my rank, forget about climbing.

I have to get out of this cycle of disproportionate LP allocation. Does anyone have any honest and legit suggestions about how to manipulate the system/end this cycle.

Riot if you are reading this (doubt it), this is unquestionably the biggest problem in the game. Using offensive or derogatory language is beyond insignificant when compared to intentionally feeding or going AFK because you made a mistake or lost a team fight. Verbal harassment, OP champs, or OP items, or any other balancing issue are all insignificant compared to intentionally ruining the game for 9 other people. I am aware that occasionally a player might have an IRL emergency that forces them to leave the game. That is completely understandable, but this is not what I'm talking about and is definitely the exception to the rule.

RIOT, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, ALL THINGS HOLY, RNGSUS, AND THE COLLECTIVE INTERNET SANITY, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT PLAYERS THAT RUIN RANKED GAMES. Also fix the MMR/ranking system.

You've got a 45% winrate through over 450 games in low Bronze. Its going to take you a very long time to improve your MMR, and thats not something Riot can really "fix". You'll have to keep winning the majority of your games over a long period, or you may just be better off making a new account if you want to climb and have actually improved.

Also, you shouldn't put much stock into what op.gg says your MMR is. Its only an estimate and is often inaccurate. You should have an idea of what your MMR is based off of LP gain/loss.

And if you think players ruining games only happens in Bronze, I've got some bad news for you...

I appreciate the feedback... So you are saying I need to get my win rate over 50% total to receive the same amount of LP for a win as I lose for a loss?

I would also make the claim that I lost 30-40 of those games due to AFK or Inting. And I mean I lost that many more for the problem being on my team as opposed to being on the other team. I would expect the problem to be a 50/50 thing but I know it worked against me way more than in my favor, regarding overall win rate.

I also would stand by saying there needs to be a fix if the ranking system cannot tell the difference between current game play and a players 1st few months of playing ranked. An algorithm to determine improvement is not that difficult.
