She is okay. All the Marksmen are in a viable position right now. MF falls into the 'strong in lane, brutal mid game, falls off somewhat lategame' Marksmen pool due to the large amounts of magic damage in her kit that isn't affected by her armor penetration.

So, I guess my answer to your question is she is neither OP nor just bad. She is viable and strong in the right hands, and quite powerful in the correct team composition.

I wouldn't call her the worst. It's all about getting that Q right, I guess.

I remember picking her in my last ranked game last season. The rest of the team was certain it would suck. We lost, but it took a long time because I was hard carrying 16/6. The only other person on the team with more kills than deaths was my Thresh support.

MF is my baby. 5 skins and they all hawt.

Nobody better in lane than her other than Draven. And she has many viable build paths. BT into Trinity, IE into whatever, Black Cleaver. AP MF is even pretty good.
