Potential muramana changes?

So I was thinking about muramana and how it's my favorite item, but its build path is clunky and feels weird so I tought : Why not make manamune be built using tear and serrated dirk and have it armor pen but slightly less ad? Maybe that might get Jayce and other potential ad poke champs the mana they need aswell as some armor pen so they get rewarded for hitting squishies since right now going tear is pretty stupid since you aren't going to scratch those tanks. Just my opinion, maybe you guys got some other ideas?
