What if we got a different version of the victorious skin determined from your rank?

Just an idea, but after reaching gold there is little reward (you get the same stuff from gold-challenger, only the border changes) so what if instead the victorious skin had something that changed every time you climbed. For example the same thing they did with championship riven maybe add an extra animation that shows what rank you were before for bragging rights (not much it can also be just a retextured part of the champ). Pretty sure nobody can be opposed since who doesn't like little extra stuff for being good amirite?

It can be as simple as a blue crown for diamond instead of a gold one, or even an emote only after a certain division.

Tought about this since after I reached diamond it got quite boring didnt't feel like I was being rewarded for playing ranked, went to my d3 series failed them and never got the motivation to continue so I just play normals until the season ends. Many of my gold friends are really good but since they assured themselves with the victorious skin they just stop playing ranked. If there are any downsides I would like to hear about them.
