How soon can we expect a Renekton Rework?

Ever since he started to fade out of the meta around early-mid season 4 he hasn't really had much of a place in the meta overall. We have so many lane bullys that do his similar job of trading early game but nothing anymore about his kit feels all that exciting compared to new champs in any way.

The only thing interesting about his kit is his E which I would like 100% the same way it functions except for the fury bonus perhaps, his passive doesnt feel that impactful and his q and w are such BORING ailitys that dont feel that special to either other champs with a similar playstyle or his theme as a rage induced relentless fighter.

So I'm just wondering if we can expect changes to his kit to make him more distinct as a champion and more exciting while also being fair at the same time. If there are any ideas for them can we see what you guys have in store perhaps?
