only reason people are picking him is because he literally makes your armor be completely pointless, that's not "rework done well" that's "let's put so much power into this skill it can delete anyone"

Yeah but: Sona's I give it a 4/10, to Veigar a 5/10, Cassiopeia a 4/10, Kassadin 4/10... and the morde 3/10. Like really, many of the playerbase are displeased.
How is that a good rework? He is incredibly strong in lane and can zone 80% of all toplaners from farm with his barrels. Already has nerfs on PBE.
I like how they managed to make 2 not so mobile champs be viable in competitive play. Unfortunately, here comes the string of gangplank nerfs

Yeah I also find him pretty balanced. Ive had like a 50/50 chance against him. And ill also agree Sion is pretty balanced too.
