Looking over the rework, he looks like he actually needs to make decisions, can't permasnare, and has an ult that doesn't just make him beast mode, so the rest of his kit can balanced. I'm looking forward to it. Thank you Riot, for finally giving me hope for my favorite champion.

His damage is a bit on the high side but he will likely be a lot easier to tune now, if you're interested I made a guide on the combos he can do with his new kit, as well as a pretty cool thing you can do with his ult

I don't think he'll work well in the toplane anymore due to his lack of powerful burst damage after he's tuned, though.
