Gnar Needs A Buff?

We haven't seen this little guy get any changes in a century. His playrate is only 3.92% so you can tell that no one even bothers to try him out since they see these gnars are doing totally garbage. I can see why since he is squishy early game and deals no damage at all. I went up against a nasus and all he did was siphoning strike me and i was half healthed, then all of a sudden he pops up his point and click permaslow and dead after he autos a few times. The sad part is that at the end i was tankier than him, but he still dealt about 600 damage with siphoning strike, which is ridiculous. The point is, there are other top laners that outplay, outskill, and have way better stats. I think gnar should get a damage buff, or something. currently his boomerang is literally just an overextended autoattack.

tl;dr gnar does no damage and most other top laners are way better than him.
