Okay yeah Kai'Sa needs a change in her kit

She's an ADC and Assassin. Which you may be comparing her to twitch but twitch doesn't have +100% increased movespeed and undetectable stealth that can be activated immediately in 1 button that also gives her bonus attack speed after it's over. It feels like I'm fighting Ekko but he also has ranged attacks and instead of ulting to save your life (because you have stealth speed and lifesteal for that) you ult to chase. Like Noct ult I guess?

But She's definitely doing too many things too well. I'm not saying nerf her damage, but her kit needs something taken away from it. Like the upgrade ability or the w's range.

Her "undetectable stealth" lasts .5 seconds with a long CD. Twitch's might be detectable but it lasts much, much longer and so does his movement speed boost. He also has extreme range during his ultimate which makes him a much safer ADC. He also has an AOE slow in his kit (Kai'sa has no CC whatsoever). If you're going to compare champs you need to compare the whole picture.

Her kit is lacking plenty of things. She has little reliable burst before evolves. She has short range. She has no sustain. She has no CC. She has one of the weakest baseline kits that Riot has put out in ages.

Her basic attacks reduce the CD by .5 sec every shot, her range is null at midgame when she has her ult. Twitch can only enter stealth if he isn't being attacked, which she has no stipulation on. It get her out of fights way too easily, like an assassin. she has AP ratios and her core is atk speed so rageblade is a mess on her. Again i'm not saying she needs a nerf she needs her kit to do less than it does. Too many things do too many things. I get her W because it coincides with her Ult. Her ult gives her an AD and AP ratio shield. AND Her passive is an execute. There's too many things going on with this champ.

She doesn't need a slow because she has an escape, she doesn't need incredible range since she can just ult into anybody she hits with her W. She SHREDS everybody. Give her Triumph and Cut Down and blam-o
