Riot can we do this

I hate it when im playing ranked and someone on my team locks in a champion first time in ranked (im a liittle guilty of this too) so to stop this can we make it so you need at least 5 normal games on a champion for you to be allowed to play them in ranked. i feel like this would keep some people from going 0/15/3 on and be like well its my first time sorry.
