fix plat 5 bracket please

@ this elo (plat 5) there is something severely wrong with the matching of teams

I am getting matched with players in gold 5 and cannot win games still. There's something very wrong here. Why am I in plat 5 (have got to this elo multiple times) yet when i get here, it seems that I'm the only player on my team @ this elo while every1 else (on my team) is low. While the opposing team is @ my mmr.

Either way, why am i getting paired with players in gold 5 as a current plat 5 player - mmr regardless.
