Ezreal Visual Update

I feel like Ezreal's current splash art is great. But, his ability icons look really outdated and could be changed. He could also use some visual updating for his ability particle effects. They look really old compared to a lot of the champions we have right now.

i've been waiting for a year. his in game char looks so old, particles are trash but I really hope riot fixes him this year. Ezreal item 3070
