To add Malphite to the nerf list and it will be perfect. Malphite is too strong atm.

But Rammus and Malphite are only strong because of the AD focused meta. When up to four positions can have an ADC at once, leading to a minimum of like, 2 per game (Most of the time), and the popularity of other AD champions like Xin Zhao, Master Yi, and Fiora, champions who scale with armor tend to do better.
I'm a little disappointed that Rammus is getting nerfed, but at least it won't be counter to his ADC-killing capabilities.
