I really wanted manamune to be a mana AD scaling item

It is a niche item that only builds it.

With ezreal getting a mini VGU I think it would be a great time to do some work on this item. It doesn't need to be at the same time as the ezreal update.

Something like 's treatmant. Something like this:

Total cost increased from 2400 to 2850 Mana Increased from 250 to 350 New 10% Cooldown reduction

New Unique Passive - Haste Grants an additional 10% cooldown reduction Mana to AD conversion ratio reduced to 1% of maximum mana from 2%.

Base Total mana increased from 1000 to 1100

Mana to AD conversion ratio increased from 2% to 2.5%
