Turret diving without any repercussions is just not alright.

Without repercussions? Sion died in the first one and you got swarmed in the second one.

In the first clip: Not doing even 1 pt of damage to Sion is bad. Staying 1v3 is bad. Having no vision in your tri-bush is bad.

In the second one: Syndra overextends to chase 2v3 (effectively 1v3 because Cait stays back). Bad. Cait stays under turret while Syndra leaves it as a 4th enemy player shows up. Both are probably dead either way, but there is no coordination. Either fight together or flee together, and Syndra wasted her cooldowns on the overextend rather than stunning whoever takes turret aggro. The Cait stops to try to pick off Yasuo while 3 enemies are diving her. She should be trying to place traps under tower and kite around it. She's probably dead, but needs to try to get kills or stall before she dies.

These clips show player errors more than issues with tower diving itself, and what is the rest of the team doing while bot is getting 4-man ganked? Are they pushing towers, taking objectives, coming to counter-gank? If the answer to these questions is "no," they are making mistakes too. The game is won and lost based on who makes the fewest mistakes, and who capitalizes on enemy mistakes better.
