Elo hell, it does exsist: Solution
So first off, I've played since season 1, I know how to climb, been out of platinum, but there is an elo hell. This account has found it. This account has elo decay, plus terrible MMR for its division. I know all you "pro" players say it doesnt exsist, but you have never been stuck in the bad part of a low elo division. I get wins, I get loses, I get afks, I get trolls. What I shouldn't be getting is players entire tiers below me on my team, verse players an entire tier above me. How is that balance in a game that already has so many factors determining if you win or not. This isn't a "I deserve to be challenger" post, this is a post that can offer Riot advice on low elo bullshit thats been going on since it started. Theres 5 divisions per tier which is ok for platinum+, but anything below that has a lot more players slammed into the same division, Its really simple to get into gold by getting carried, then you end up falling back into silver. Now to fix this stupid ass ranking system, add more divisions in lower elo. Who really cares if it takes longer to get from bronze to silver or silver to gold when the struggle is already a headache. I rather have to win 50+ games to go from bronze to silver 1 in a row, then play another game with people who dont even know what a ward is still.
TLDR; Solution to Low Elo. add 5-10 more divisions in bronze - gold, the most a team can differ in players shouldn't exceed 3 divisions. I'd much rather play with people in my division then get the random gold guy in silver who thinks they are hot shit. No point in trying to rush the lower tiers when its a great learning experience, but some times its overwhelming.
