Rek'Sai Ultimate needs one more change

Lately I've been using Rek'Sai as my jungler of choice for ranked games. She's by far my favorite jungler and I never get tired of playing her, especially with the change she received to her ultimate. I will be playing her every chance I get. That being said, there are still some things severely wrong with Rek'Sai's design that need to be looked at. Making my suggested changes may affect her power level, but I'm honestly more concerned about the current lack of control that a Rek'Sai player has over these specific areas.

The problems:

TL;DR: Some of Rek'Sai's abilities are not smooth and remove crucial decisions from the player's control when they shouldn't.

Queen's Wrath (Q unburrowed):

  1. When I'm attacking with my empowered basic attack, I'm locked out of using other abilities for a noticeable period of time. This needs to be fixed. It's a huge problem in very tight situations where you need to react as fast as possible. When playing with a higher than average latency, this becomes even more crippling. It seems to be far more noticeable than when using Xin Zhao's Three Talon Strike (Q).

Void Rush (R active):

  1. The whole ability requires a target, the potential for the execute isn't fast enough, it can't be cancelled once you press R, and it can be Flash'ed which leaves you in a terrible position most times. This is not really providing "outplay potential" in the correct way for either team. Let the Rek'Sai player control it, please. The whole thing up to the point where Rek'Sai is flying through the air.

1.1. Use two casts instead of one. Let me press R once and burrow without needing a target. Let me then decide to which valid target Rek'Sai leaps with a second R press. I must be able to do this almost instantly, like other second-press abilities (Lux E, for example). If they Flash the ultimate when it's nearly-instant, they deserve the outplay 100%. If there aren't any valid targets for the second R press, so what, maybe all I want to do is dodge a stun and continue to peel for my ADC.

1.2. Let me get out of the ultimate if I want to by being able to right-click and move, cancelling the burrow part of the ultimate.

1.3. Give me my burrowed abilities if I started burrowed and vice versa (like the Tunnels). I'll know which form I need when the Ultimate ends and I would actually welcome another means of engaging with Rek'Sai or simply another tool to use in a gank or teamfight. I understand that you wanted to tell players how best to use the ultimate, but taking away a choice they would otherwise have isn't a good approach.

I think they just need to increase her vision radius slightly while borrowed and make her come up faster when attacking a target that's not available to be knocked up.
