If team death ratio is x % at x minutes, ranked game shouldn't count against you.

I had a team that died 36 times in 30 minutes, they had only 7 kills. This was in my rank placement game, they were supposed silvers...obviously it's impossible for me to win a game like that, and I get these non-stop feeding trolls for majority of my games. I don't care who you are, you aren't winning that game either when entire enemy team super fed 15 minutes in...It's not a fair reflection of myself, so RIot if you're listening, you should make a new rule, if players die x amount within x minutes, I shouldn't take the loss. This will provide incentive for people to stop feeding hard, and take away trolls power to ruin others placements. It'd fix 2 major issues in one swoop.
