Ranked needs a tremendous rework

I was doing rank placement on my other account and lost 8 out 10, now before you koolaid drinkers start on with the non-sense about my roll in those losses, let me assure you these boosted nubs, every single 1 of them (but 1) were atrocious. My attitude nor my gameplay has nothing to do with Riots crappy system putting me on awful team after awful team. One game my team died 36 times in 30 minutes, with 8 kills, 1 of those kills being mine...this was supposedly silvers btw. Meanwhile if I get upset by the obvious boosted nubs I get punished...why is this ok? Why does my energy and efforts go to waste because I have 4 individuals who have no idea what they're doing? And why is the enemy always super coordinated? Pro level coordination every time, without fail. At first I thought I was paranoid but no, every game the enemy works *together flawlessly. It's simply not fair, and no amount of carrying on my end can save these games, Faker couldn't save these games, so now i'm placed in bronze because of trolls, therefore i'm going to have to delete that account. And the time,energy, money, wasted because Riot refuses to recognize their flawed system and implement a more logical one, that properly reflects individuals skill level.
