Time Lord Aura: Passive: Zilean is a time lord that can pierce through any magic. For every minion kill, Zilean gains permanent 8% magic penetration and is maxed out at 40%. When Springtime of Youth is activated, Zilean's magic penetration skyrockets to 80% magic penetration.

Q: Black Hole: Zilean rips open a rift in space. All minions and enemy champions are absorbed into the rift and immediately takes 200/400/600 (+60% of target's missing health) magic damage.

W: Chaos Time Orbs: Passive: Zileas's time orbs circle around him, granting him 20/40/60 bonus armor and magic defense. Active: Zilean summons three time orbs, each containing concentrated catastrophic events of the past. Zilean is able to launch them to deal 200/400/600 magic damage. If all three orbs hit a enemy target, they explode and unleashes a time shattering energy wave that causes enemy target to flee for 2s.

E: Frozen World: Zilean draws energy for 1 second and projects a large dome around him and all enemy targets are stunned and silenced for 1s/3s/5s. Zilean is also granted a time-enhanced 300/400/500 (+40% AP) shield if Zilean is inside the dome.

R: Springtime of Youth: Zilean uses his time-reverting abilities to revert himself back to his youth, when his power was at its greatest. Zilean is now able to hop out of his floating armchair and gains 60% bonus movement speed and has 40% (+40% AP) spell vamp to himself and his allies. When Springtime of Youth ends, Zilean reverts back to his current state and crawls back to his floating armchair.
