Like when you hit a certain level or requirements ninja tabi get like 80 armor or something, and the greaves can have that ramping attack speed thing like jinx's passive, so it isnt so akward late game whether you wanna sell your movement speed for another item but your slow af now and its awkward

Some AD champs sell their boots for Zephyr or a(nother) Phantom Dancer since they provide some move speed.
However, some of the boots scale well already. Ninja Tabi blocks 10% damage from basic attacks. This scales very well into late game blocking a ton of damage from ADCs. Merc Treads provide tenacity which is good all throughout the game. Sorc Shoes provide 15 Magic Pen which is very hard to come by altogether.
