Recently Lucian
have received many changes, even the nerf, it was necessary, but I am still felling that needs something more; no more damage, no lower coldowns, no mayor change in his abilities set, just a little touch, that i think can bring back to his unique gameplay style, a high mobility spell caster ADC, the change a little modification to his W; taking off W cast time, if you think about it, his W give him a higher mobility but due long cast time does not bring the mobility is supposed to bring, why, range 500 makes really hard his chasing capacity in short fights, and makes him very easy to focus -kill- in team fights, that is why a good use of his abilities set is everything when we play this champ, and also is the same reason why sometimes (more than what we think) his W cast time (by the way, W, that no longer scale with ad, making it just a mobility spell in mid and late game) is a disadvantage more than an advantage.
For all these reason just making Lucian W an ability with no cast time would be perfect way to keep Lucian as a top 3 adc without bringing a big buff to the champion.
Example:
W + R combo: when u are getting out of some situation can be really good as a counter play but that (long) moment Lucian uses to cast W means you are dead.
I am pretty sure all the Lucian players have faced s situation where his W cast time have been the opposite to a mobility spell.
