Azir is currently really behind, his main item (Nashor) force to miss half of the item effect, but what if his W damage has a AD scaling, does not have to be a big scaling, but it will open so many posibilities, guinzo rage blade, hex revolver, or maybe add an exception for his W to apply Nashor tooth is ridiculous and stupid from RIOT to almost force to buy and item because they have not look properly into the champ or the item.
then it's going to break him. Azir already does insane DPS.
Noone forces you to buy anything... If you have CDR runes and other CDR items like Zhonya, you don't really need Nashors, if you wanna get Rageblade so much, it's a decent item on Azir midgame.
In the optimization path, Nashor right now is the best option, but Azir is not good anymore, you can check wintate after 150 games, still bad, you have other option but Nashor but Azir still depends on aa speed, his damage won't be broken if you do some AP or base damage nerfs, like they did with Xin W, Also he still considered one of the most difficult champ to play. Guinzo is not to good for him mid game cost to much and it take time to build the damage for dorm AD scaling
