Q: Caustic Spittle

Attack speed bonus removed and moved to Bio-Arcane Barrage.

Now slows the target for 30/35/40/45/50% for 1 second

W: Bio-Arcane Barrage

While active, will now gain bonus 20/25/30/35/40% attack speed.

E: Void Ooze

Slow increased from 20/28/36/44/52% to 60% all ranks

These suggested changes would launch Kog back into 55% winrate land.

Anything that improves Kog's early game (which these W changes would, no questions asked) is incredibly dangerous.

Kog needs some pretty deep systemic work to make his kit more cohesive and give him an actual, compelling team niche. He does NOT need general buffs.

The only thing I would ask for right now is reducing the cast animation time on is Ult from 0.6 seconds to something like 0.25 so he can make use of Ult Hat whilst weaving basic attacks.

Wait, that's like the set of changes that took turret kog'maw from garbage to completely breaking the game over his knee, plus some extra slows tacked on just because.
